The Huntington Beach Police Officers’ Association (HBPOA) was established to support the officers, jailers and dispatchers of the HBPD, advocating for their rights, benefits, and working conditions.
The HBPOA represents the interests of sworn and non-sworn personnel and promotes professionalism, while also contributing to the community through charitable initiatives.

The 42 Foundation was created as the charitable arm of the HBPOA, focusing on supporting families of fallen officers, providing scholarships, and funding various programs to better the lives of its members and their families.
